With the real estate slump, my business has been down a little. I have doing more criminal and family law cases. Prices are still holding up in Chicago but most of my work seem to involve the seller having problems making payments. It is a good time for buyers and there are many good deals out there on property!

     Real estate is a legal term hat encompasses land along with anything permanently affixed to the land, such as buildings, specifically property that is fixed in location.
